Eti Osa ACN Urges Unity Among Members



Action Congress of Nigeria Eti-Osa Chapter, gathered last Tuesday at Obalende, to offer praise and thanksgiving to God for His continuous support on the party at the Local, State, and National level.
The thanks giving service was organized by four Local Governments of Iru Victoria Island LCDA,  Obalende Ikoyi LCDA, Eti-Osa East LCDA and Eti-Osa Local Governments.
 A Chieftain of the party, Omoba Murphy Adetoro, explained that the thanks giving service was done with directive from the State Government that each local government must set aside a day for thanks giving. He said further that the program is to give thanks and praises to God, and also to mark the party’s victory over all allegations leveled against it by the opposition party.

Alhaji Ali, another party Chieftain, urged party members to see themselves as one big family and stop criticizing the party polices to their opponents. He noted that nobody is perfect and that party members should realized that mistakes are not inevitable.
“Don’t criticize your party to opponents, you must know that nobody is perfect, likewise nobody is above mistake. Our opponents are looking for our mistake, which is why we must be careful and mindful of what we say about us” Ali said.
While addressing party members, the Central Senatorial Leader of the party, Prince Tajudeen Olusi, observed that the party is going through some challenges presently, noting that life itself is a journey of challenges. He called on the party leaders to represent the party well by positively affecting the lives of their people.
Prince Olusi, also urged all members to be to be ready for 2015 elections and to contribute all effort towards wrestling power from PDP. He also charged them to be ready to embrace the new adopted party. 
He said “We have prepared for anther party and we will take along all our belongings to that party. We must be ready, 2015 election is coming, God has created us as perfect being, we must always strive to be perfect, and we must not accept anything below that.  We must use all our efforts to send PDP back home from the federal seat if we don’t want our children to suffer in poverty”.
Praises and prayer sessions was held by both Muslim and Christian clerics for the party and the Councils. The Christian prayer session was administered by a Senior Pastor from Ebenezer Baptist Church of Lagos, Reverend Ade Adegunwa, while the Islamic session was anchored by the Chief Imam of Ikoyi Obalende, Alhaji Muslim Abudulsalam.
Dignitaries present at the thanks giving service include, the state party Chairman Chief Henry Ajomale, the Chairman to the four Local Governments, and Party Chieftains across all level.
