"APC would salvage Nigerians from poverty"- Hon. Daramola
Barely 24 hours after the Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC) gave her nod on the registration of All Progressive Congress
(APC) which was imbroglio with intrigues by some people that do not want the
party to be registered, Nigerians from far and near have been pouring
congratulatory messages on this history making event.
Eko Akete news would bring in the snippets as it comes in.
First on the roll call is the Executive
Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island Local Development
Council Area, Pharm.(Hon.) Abayomi Daramola
who was the first to respond to our question.
We asked him what his comment
was on the emergence of the new APC and he said:“Thank God at last Nigeria got
a party that would salvage her from poverty and other problem, congratulations
Nigeria.”
Hon. Olusegun Dawodu, former Lagos Commissioner for Youth,
Sports and Social Development, also leans his voice on the successful registration
of APC. He said, “It is great for democracy. It shows there are still many
politicians and people who believe in this country; setting aside their personal
interests, and moving away from their comfort zone for the larger interest of
our country.
" It is history in the making. We need an alternative to the
incompetence mismanagement and misrule of the party at the federal level (PDP).
All those who want Nigeria to achieve her potentials and be a great country,
should support APC. It is the party of the people. Kudos to INEC for doing what
is right by registering APC.”
"The new party APC is the expectation of Nigerians for the
much awaited governance with human face " opined Engineer ( Chief ) Ajibade Emiabata-Balogun
